This Saturday ATG will be teaming up with Cantora Records and The Mill to throw a rager of epic proportions at Trinity College in Hartford, CT. The Knocks, who were recently featured in NME‘s “20 Hottest Producers Right Now”, will be headlining the show and should bring down the house with an absolutely killer live set (which I was fortunate enough to witness for the first time a few weeks ago). Support will be provided by the incredibly talented Emil & Friends and ATG favorite We Are Trees. Exclusive ATG Koozies may or may not be provided.

ONCE I WANTED TO BE

James Nee, hailing from the cultural mecca that is Virginia Beach, goes by the We Are Trees and is quickly making a name for himself. His debut EP Boyfriend features four heart-warming tracks, all of which brilliantly display Nee’s luminous vocals and enormous potential. The EP’s first track “Sunrise Sunset” is reminiscent of Grizzly Bear, and a perfect listen as the summer winds down. I highly recommend checking him out at this year’s CMJ.
